Pride pole studio does not provide refunds for classes missed or un attended, however we do offer a make-up class within 2 weeks of the missed class, provided that there has been written communication in an email or to our socials.

If you do not let a member of staff know the same day or at least 8 hours before we may not offer a make-up class.
